A year from now, what are you going to wish you started a year ago?
The days seem long but the years go quick. Is there something today that you could start doing that your future self will thank you for?
It could be anything! Do you need to increase your water intake? Add more veggies into your diet? Start cooking at home more? Get consistent with movement? Start a journaling practice? Create better boundaries? Spend less time on your phone?
It doesn't matter what it is - it just matters that you begin. There's no "right" time to start and there's no magical motivation wand that will make you want to start. The motivation comes after the action.
