I recently came across this quote from Buddha that I wanted to share with you:
"When you like a flower, you just pluck it. But when you love a flower, you water it daily."
Based on this concept, do you think you act in accordance to liking yourself or loving yourself? Is there something you do everyday to "water" your mind, body or soul? Or, are you realizing it's possible that from the moment you wake up you're running on a hamster wheel?
You get one life. How do you want to show up in the world? How do you want to treat the one body and mind you have? Don't let your age, job or chaotic schedule get in the way of doing ONE thing everyday that could compound overtime and greatly improve your happiness, fulfillment and overall quality of your life.
Last week I wrapped my last reset of 2022 and it's hard to put in words how much positive energy came out of it. It was incredible to witness, and so special to be a part of. Besides the weight loss, the amount of "non scale victories" accomplished was tremendous, and I know each one of those women took something from the reset to "water" themselves daily with in order to keep their momentum going.
What is one thing YOU can start implementing today to improve your day? Start small. I think we can all find an extra five minutes in our day, especially if we know the impact it can make long term.
