Is this your preconceived limitation?


If you're in the south like I am, most of our kids start back to school this week. I can hardly believe it. As my kids get older, the summers seem to go by even faster. Maybe it's because we're able to do more and see more, but regardless, it feels like yesterday we were saying goodbye to Kindergarten and 3rd grade.


I know the Fall has a reputation for giving us a fresh start. It's a new school year, the weather begins to (finally) change, we get back into a routine, feel more organized and back in control over our lives. But for many of us that reality starts this week - whether we're ready or not! In fact, it's still ridiculously hot down here and we might even be squeezing in last minute weekend trips to the beach as we transition out of "summer break" vibes to "new school year" mode.


So, I want to challenge you now. Think about a preconceived limit you've put on yourself (intentionally or unintentionally).

Does it sound like:


  • I'll never fit into those jeans again



  • I don't have time to workout



  • I'm always tired and don't know what to prioritize first



  • If I take time for myself then I don't have time for my family



  • I can never feel present with my kids because I'm constantly pulled in 100 different directions


These are just a few things I've heard from clients over the years, but there are so many more examples I could share.


Whatever yours is, I want to help you prove yourself wrong. And, I want you to get a jumpstart on it...now. Don't wait until the Fall. There will always be an excuse or a reason not to do something.
