Offense or Defense Part 2

Last week we talked about whether we're playing offense or defense when it comes to our health.

We rely on doctors to tell us what to do, or to at least give us a "clean bill of health" for the year. Do you fall into that category? If you do, you're not alone! I think many Americans have a misconception when it comes to their own "healthcare." We're on the defense, or sometimes we're just simply in denial. We only "fight" back when things aren't going well. We wonder why we get sick so often, feel tired all the time, can't sleep, feel bloated or have constant brain fog. We wonder why our moods fluctuate so often and why we can't stop eating sugar!


If any of that sounds familiar to you, I want to encourage you to take back control. The power to change will always remain inside of you. But, it's up to you to take the first step!


I think one of the best places to start is with food. After all, we eat everyday so that's not changing your routine or interrupting your daily life whatsoever. Can you start with one meal? If you're in our private FB group then you might even be participating in the "no sugar breakfast" challenge that we're doing this week. Starting your day with a healthy meal will set you up for higher success throughout the day too!
